Becca Luck

I am a recent music graduate currently residing in Manchester facing unemployment (and mounting debt).

I would describe myself as both happy-go-lucky and technologically challenged. The two have a surprising level of compatibility, since my own failures are usually met with resound positivity rather than a deepened sense of despair. My limitations regarding technology have led to carrying an AtoZ map everywhere I go, refusing to give into the pressure to purchase an iPhone (or any other leading brand of smart phone) in order to know where it is I’m going. I must stress, I’m no Luddite, just naturally careless and clumsy which leads to a tendency to break/lose things.

[The probability of this increases greatly with the value of the item – I call this the ineptness gradient.]

Due to a love of words my interests include: writing limericks, telling jokes and categorising things unnecessarily. At the moment I’m working on providing a sub-heading for tomatoes and cucumbers – which currently masquerade as “fruit” – since I believe they are neither savoury enough to be classed as vegetables nor sweet enough to be a fruit. I would welcome any suggestions and/or some categorisation issues of your own for me to contemplate. I also welcome the contribution of jokes.

I also really like tea. Oh, and cider.
